Help yourself to our extensive breakfast buffet on the ground floor between 07:30 and 09:30

Daytime café

In our Café Kristall we serve savoury snacks and desserts from our own bakery every day (except Monday/rest day) between 9 am and 5 pm.

TV

Our TV system offers 39 TV channels and 46 radio programmes!
Please be considerate of your neighbours and set the volume to room volume.

​

Mobile phone

If you do not have a mobile phone, you are welcome to use our wireless phone to make calls for a fee. Issue at the reception!

​

In-house library
You will find a range of interesting books in our in-house library - the bookcase is located in the corridor on the ground floor.

​

Towels - bed linen
For environmental reasons, we do not change the towels automatically. Please note the information sign in the bathroom. Bed linen is changed on request.

​

Front door key
Your room key also locks the front door, which is locked from around 6.00 pm.

​

Waste separation - Environmental information
Please help us to separate waste and thus protect our environment! Residual waste bins are located in your room. Bins for other types of waste are located in the corridor by the stairs. Please hand over hazardous waste such as medicines, batteries, small electrical appliances or oils to our staff and we will dispose of them separately.
Heating: If you open the windows or doors for ventilation during the heating period, please turn off the shut-off valves on the radiators during this time.
Electricity: When leaving the rooms, we also ask you to check that all light switches, the TV and the bathroom ventilation are switched off!

Hiking map/excursion destinations
You can obtain a hiking map and comprehensive information on interesting excursion destinations from reception. A personal copy of the Moorbad Harbach leisure guide is available for you in your room or at reception.

KRISTALLIUM glas.erleben.
The Weber family has been running a glass art business at this address for many generations. In the experiential exhibition you can experience an exciting journey of discovery through the world of glass every day at 09.30, 10.30, 14.00 or 15.00 and learn a lot about the centuries-old tradition of glassmaking in the Waldviertel.
Our tip: Try your hand at glass cutting!

Indoor pool and sauna area
In the Moorheilbad Harbach, guests of our hotel can use both the indoor pool and the sauna area daily from 15:00 for a fee - information at reception!

Directly in front of our house, our small natural pond invites you to swim on hot days; approx. 4km away is the municipal swimming pond with children's playground, sunbathing lawn and small buffet.

Playground for young & old
Directly in front of the house, the Xundwärts-Parcours (motor skills park) with 33 stations invites you to train your motor skills in a playful way.

We offer "cashback" in the Kristallium. This means that you can withdraw up to € 200.00 with us, with a small purchase of € 5.00 or more.

Our guests have free internet access throughout the house - "Kristallium guest" network.
